It includes an AI assistant that answers staff questions with citations from the organisation’s own content.

Patch
Booking software for tradespeople
Patch is booking, scheduling and payment software for UK tradespeople and other appointment-based businesses, such as cleaners, dog groomers, mobile valeters, plumbers and electricians.
It handles online bookings, card deposits and appointment reminders. Payments are made directly to each business’s own Stripe account.
